My hubby and boys went skiing with the Boy Scouts this weekend, which meant I was home alone for nearly 36 hours. So, I decided to make it a scrapbooking weekend. I found some pictures from our road trip through WV, PA and Washington, D.C., from 8 years ago. This is my favorite page from the 38 pages I finished this weekend. And, it's my favorite memory from the trip. Near Ft. Necessity, PA, we came across some bear droppings. My youngest son, only 5 at the time and sporting a red Mohawk, saw it first. He was so excited to see bear droppings, that he stomped in it on purpose, earning him the Mohawk Indian name "Stomps in Bear Poop!" (kind of like Dances with Wolves!). Oh, that kid!
