What is that?

This is how you practice skeet when it isn't your turn.You pretend your arm is your shotgun. That's my son shooting and our neighbor, Joe, practicing. They aren't teammates, but they usually practice 2-3 teams together at each of the four stations - shotgun, archery, rifle and orienteering.

I like how the young man on the right seems to be mirroring the shooter.
