Sunset from the window of the Gamekeeper's Restaurant in Blowing Rock, NC. I had a fabulous dinner of escargot with wisteria and redbud flowers; trout stuffed with olives, tomatoes and capers; and an arugula salad. My hubby had vichyssoise; a salad with blue cheese, dried cranberries, sugared pecans, and pickled onions; grilled elk with blue mac and cheese and grilled vegetables; and bourbon bread pudding. Expensive, but yummy dinner. I'll post those photos later.
