I'm sitting at the end of the driveway of my friends' house. They have moved out of state, but still own the house. A house is being built on the tiny lot beside them, so it's basically sitting in their front yard. Who dividided out these lots? My friends basically only own their drivewayk in front, most of their property is behind their house.
