Yesterday, my friend posted about a farm selling 10-pounds of fresh chicken breast for $10, which is crazy cheap. I got a 40-pound box for me and a 10-pound bag for two of my friends. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes as we drove through this church parking lot, but at least the workers were wearing masks and there was little contact. I cut it up and put it into freezer bags. I had three 3.3-pound bags of halved chicken breasts ready to bake, two 3.3-pound bags of sliced chicken in Italian spices, three 5-pound bags of chicken chunks ready for the Instant Pot, two 2.5-pound bags of sliced chicken in taco flavoring, and a 3.3-pound bag of plain sliced chicken breast, which will become tonight's dinner (terryaki chicken, fried rice and pot stickers).
