Today, I took stock of everything, including my big roaster pans, to make sure I didn't forget anything. I forgot the marshmallows for the sweet potatoes. I'm used to cooking Thanksgiving dinner at my mother-in-law's house, but my husband doesn't get done with school until Wednesday afternoon too late to make a 10-hour drive.
I started cleaning the house today for T-day. I'm proud of myself because I usually wait until the last minute! Hope all your prep ends up in a delicious meal!
@olivetreeann Thanks. I'm used to doing the bulk of the cooking, just not at my house! LOL! I'm cooking it Wednesday because we're going to our friends' house for dinner Thursday.
