My Get Pushed Challenge for this week is to take a black and white architecture shot. So, I looked up plantations (thinking Civil War era, since I'm in NC) and found this Revolutionary War skirmish site just 10 miles from my house. It was cloudy all morning, but wouldn't you know it started raining abut 5 minutes before I got there. And it poured it down while I was there. I got soaked, even with my umbrella. At least it wasn't cold.
@amandal Hahaha! You mean the wet feeling? LOL! I got soaked. My jeans were wet almost up to my knees. At least I had on my camo tennis shoes which are relatively waterproof, so my feet stayed dry.
@susanalena@swilde@paulam Thanks! @digitalrn I don't mind playing in the rain as long as it's not storming! LOL! @joeymc They were huge, fat raindrops and it was pouring it down, but I was surprised, too, that they showed up that well in the middle of the afternoon.
