I think this film is nearly 25 years old!

This old black and white film is leftover from my days as a newspaper photographer for a military community newspaper in Germany back in the early 1990s. I still have the canister to develop the film in (but I can't find the spools to put the film on), as well as several trays for developing prints (which is what this film is laying in). I can't believe you can still smell the developer on the trays even though they have not been used since 1992 to develop prints.
Nice composed! I don't see film anymore but I do remember the days of film cameras!

I have so much fun with digital but sometime I really miss film. I just wish I had been a better photographer than.

You can buy those items on Ebay if you want to develop the film some day.

I wonder if you still have pictures on the film. It would probably be fun to have it developed.

I think I finally used up all my film a few years back when someone did a month of film shots and I participated. But none of mine was that old! I have seen other photographers on here who still do film work and they particularly have fun using the older film because you don't really know what you're going to get from it as it's expired. There have been some pretty interesting effects due to that. Good shot- could be an advertisement if film was still the order of the day!

lovely composition - and good memories of how we used to do it - I found an unused Pentax 67 in a cupboard at my office last year with non-expired film - I am now inspired to try it out
