Tall sunflower

My husband had today off, last day of his 4-day holiday weekend, so as we drove past the sunflowers along the highway, he pulled over so I could take some pictures.

@randystreat Some of them just looked like big daisies, but a few like this had huge seed centers.

@homeschoolmom It's amazing how many different kinds of sunflowers there are. If you want a fun garden some summer, just go pick up some packets of seeds, pay attention to the heights, and sow away.
