What made me happy today? Well, a check for half a year's rent came in the mail today from our tenants in Illinois. Immediately, headed for the bank nearly a half hour away. Heavy clouds and intermittent rain the whole way there and back....except for the 5 minutes I was in Spring Lake at the bank. Blue skies and sunshine. It was so weird. We haven't seen a blue sky or the sun since Thursday.
