Well, tried to make muscadine jelly, but I didn't put enough sugar in it, so it didn't set up. It's tasty and kind of thick, so I'm thinking pancake syrup. I need a better recipe, I guess. The one I had was confusing about the amount of sugar, anywhere from 3 cups to 7 cups. I don't think this stuff would have been edible with 7 cups of sugar in it, it would have been way to sweet.
