This soldier obviously just got off work and headed straight to the lake to fish for a while. He's either practicing his survival skills or trying to de-stress. Either way, I think it's kind of hot to be dressed like that.
@grammyn We live very close to Ft. Bragg, which has 60,000 soldiers including my husband, so seeing a soldier is a common sight. Seeing one fishing at a pond in the local high school. Maybe he's waiting on his kid to finish up baseball practice.
I live near a military installation too so seeing men in uniform is not uncommon to me either but as you said seeing one fishing in uniform is a little unusual
