We had two fence posts that were rotting, so Dave and the boys dug them up and replaced them. Took them parts of two days. So the answer to the question is either 3 plus two helpers or one man and 4 teenage boys. If you look through the fence, you can see the head of the neighbor boy who "helped" from his side. Mostly, I think he enjoyed the company.
