My friends and I headed to Sur la Table this morning to learn to make French macarons. It was the first time I had eaten macarons. I loved the chocolate ganache and French buttercream that we made as fillings, but I wasn't a huge fan of the cookies. They were way more work than worth. But, I'll probably try to make them for my daughter when she is home. I couldn't figure out how to make a collage in Photoshop, but I found this cool edit.
Nice job. You can download some stock templates for collages in photoshop, otherwise you have to place your photos on a background and place them yourself. Or at least that's what I've had to do. Maybe you'll get some other suggestions.
