At our masquerade ball a few weeks ago, my husband bid on and won 2 etched beer mugs with the design of his choice. This is one of them he picked. It's a quote from Gen. Mattis, the Secretary of Defense. The other mug has the colonel rank eagle etched on it.
Hmm - don't know about the mug ( it must have some significance I don't recognize), but I do know my husband would love that beer - a combination of his to favourites! The stubby and the mug make a good shot together. :)
@robz It's a quote attributed the Secretary of Defense Gen. "Mad Dog" Mattis, but he didn't really say it. My husband really likes him. I don't think he's really liked any Sec of Def since Don Rumsfeld back in the early 2000s. He LOVED this beer. He likes the dark and "hoppy" beers.
@homeschoolmom Hi Lisa - thanks for all of the info - and I'll tell my hubby about the Aldi beer - we have Aldi, but we have to buy their beer online! No doubt that won't stop him..
