Pourin' It On

(Fourth in the Series) The fire fighters have made sure the fire will not threaten the wood frame house and have moved to the right side of the van. Now I can see them! They will make short order of the remaining fire. Burning rubber stinks! It is almost out.
Yesterday (Sunday) the home owner came home. We went over and I offered to show him the pictures of the excitement he had missed. He came over. The grandson's auto insurance company will cover his loss... that's a good thing. (Pentax K5) COMMENT WELCOME

Wow, that's scary! I just checked out the other shots in this series, and they're really lucky that the house didn't burn! I wonder what caused the fire in the first place.

@melissapike ...Short circuit of some kind in the ignition system. Sparks and gas fumes don't mix to well.

I've seen two car fires in cars that are just parked, not running. Which is why I NEVER left the kids asleep in the car when they were little though lots of people do. You've got a great set of photos of the action - I especially like the ones with the firefighters :0)
