The Kendall Sculpture Gardens at Pepsico World Headquarters in Purchase, New York is really a treat for the eye. This is the koi pond. Larger than most I think, but maybe I haven't seen that many koi ponds. If you look closely on the left you can see the chubby koi swimming about. This shot is pretty wide and you will notice you do not see any sculpture... that is the beauty of this place... it is so beautiful, and so large, and so well maintained, just soak up what grows, the art is just around the bend. Froggie (yesterdays pic) was shot in the lily pond a few hundred yards from this spot.

@jgpittenger These guys look well taken care of. No matter where you approach the edge of the pond they seem to know you are there and come a runnin'. Maybe they think it's feeding time??? lol The egret was just waliking around in the foreground area and I got a little to close and spooked it. Getting that shot with the 10-24 was very lucky indeed!
Amazing that any koi still live there, what with the egret hanging out and all! Nice shot! It looks like a place one could hang out in for a long time and get all kinds of great shots.
