At 84 images into the project (and still a few behind), I realized I never posted a profile! I live in Fairfield County Connecticut, USA, in a small town about an hours ride northeast of New York City. I am married, retired, and have two grown and married children (one in Massachusetts, one in Oregon), and three grandkids five and under. I purchased my first real camera (a used K10D Pentax) a couple years back. I now belong to and am active in three area camera clubs (and maybe a fourth as of October). I will also be judging club competitions this fall and am looking forward to that. I have problems with photo editing software and seem only to be able to do the simplist of tasks. When someone mentions Photoshop, layers or masks I get palpitations.
