Whiteout

SO difficult to see anything driving today. The photo does not give it justice really.
Very eerie and atmospheric.

@foxes37 VERY! Had to be so focused in case a mossed ran out onto the road

Looks dangerous to me, do you have a lot of moose in your neighborhood?

@jacqbb yes we do and on this strech of road there can be 6 that decide to go for a walk!

You haven't been out in this have you? Wow you are so brave, there is no way I would go out in that & I am a confident driver. You must have four wheel drive, great photo of the conditions on your roads!

I love winter driving but when it gets like that, is about my limit. Too many memories now to feel as invulnerable as I used to

@happypat I LOVE driving in this..nope, no 4WD, just a normal Volvo Estate. I am a confident driver, police trained but careful. This is okay, the road has been cleared!

I grew up a mike above sea level by Yellowstone. White outs are ok but once the wind kicks up I want to stop and there I was usually at least 30 miles from a town

@pandorasecho I have my emergency I-am-going-to-stuck-in-my-car bag in the car...just in case!
