Lapay Bantigue Festival is celebrated every year in Masbate City Philippines, as part of the city's anniversary. It highlight the traditional folk dance created by "Lola Felisa", when she imitate the dance movement of a seagull, which is called Lapay Locally. This dance is now recognized as one of the Philippine Folk Dance.
