Kesong puti (Native White Cheese) is fresh, non-aged, white and soft cheese made from the milk of carabaos or water buffalos.It is widely produced in Santa Cruz, Laguna, its town of origin. In the Philippines, it is a popular breakfast fare eaten with the freshly baked local bread called pan de sal.
