Que-kiam

Que-Kiam is popular Chinese dish adopted into Filipino cuisine know as Kikiam. I tis a mixture of ground pork and vegetables rolled in thin bean curd wrapper (tapwe) that is deep fried and served with sweet-sour sauce.
