013 - A sunday trip on the Dalesbus from York to Gargrave, and a walk several miles south-west along the Leeds Liverpool Canal, before returning along the Pennine Way from East Marton. I was spoilt for choice when deciding which photo to upload, but I think this one, while not technically the best, does convey the peace and tranquility enjoyed on the walk
Thank's Lisa - I don't know quite how it happened, but I ended up with about 8 shots of bridges reflected in the canal - but this and the trees lining the shallow cutting made it my favourite
Thank you Louise - for me it really sums up the essence of the walk

Thank's Deb - The greens of spring was certainly beginning to show themselves at this spot near East Marton
Thank you - it's certainly a more pleasant place to walk than the average canal!
