Hey everyone, I am FINALLY back! I took a little break there for a good while, but I've missed this, so I'm going to give it a whirl again. I did not take this picture today, but I'm hoping to get out and get some good shots later today. :) This shot was taken on Mount Evans in Colorado. We drove to the very top of the mountain and my goodness, I could not stop pressing the shutter button. It was the most gorgeous sight I've ever seen. I may post some photos of the actual mountains later, but I really like this shot. I was climbing up some rocks to get to the VERY top, and found these little beauties peaking out from some rocks. It was very dark and cloudy at the top of the mountain, lots of different shades of grays, so I liked finding this little bit of color on the mountain.
Note for anyone who's never gone up a mountain--Do it. They're one of God's most excellent creations if you ask me, he is one true artist.
