I still cannot understand that someone paid a lot of money for him (he has had all the beauty operations - ears/tail, front paw nail and was neutered), then most likely locked him up until they let him go or he escaped. He was found as a stray, very thin and didn't have any strength in his hind legs. Now he very energetic and strong! And an asset to our family!
