Band-camp has started, so my oldest has very little time to finish her marimba, but she is almost there. The plan was to finish it before school starts on Monday August 22nd, but I think it will be the week after...
As I just commented on another photo @stephanies - it's almost finished. She has to drill holes in the bars and string them through the hooks, so the bars will be hanging. The bars are rough tuned and due to lack of time she will not fine tune until after Marching / American Football season is over, probably in November/December depending on how well their team does.
