And the good news was that after two days of hard work (5 days without electricity) power came back on!
The electrical substation was underwater too and the generators were lost. Obviously the whole neighborhood did not have power, but Centerpoint sent over 100 people to build a temporary substation. It really was like a Lego City with so many people with hardhats, all the trucks, cars and cranes.
