Normally it is very very busy in our street with Halloween. Due to hurricane Harvey, more than half of our neighbors live elsewhere. A few neighbors of non-flooded houses opened their door as a base for displaced neighbors, but due to the rain it was very very quiet. Last year I did not have enough with 3 big bags of candy. This year I gave the kids hands full and still have a lot of candy left.
