Most schools in Houston (if not all), were closed for the second day, but the ice is melting fast. I'm glad I went outside early. The sun just came out and the icicles were melting fast - although according to all thermometers it was still freezing.
Because this is such an unusual sight in Houston, I repeat the January word Icicle...
Oh, this is a beautiful icicle capture, Ingrid! Love how you caught that large drop! Our temps in San Antonio went above freezing today and all the schools were open as usual. We're expecting another hard freeze tonight though. Fav for this awesome icicle! :-)
