When I got home around 8pm in the evening after a rainy day, the street had a lot of water. Maybe it was caused by the storm earlier on, but this looked like a broken pipe. A nice lady on the phone told me that a neighbor already called in with this problem and not a lot later a crew came out. They told me it was not a big problem and they would come back the next day.
This gave me the opportunity to take some pictures by daylight. It was fun to see!
@henrir It was really simple. With the layers in Photoshop I copied the background layer (the water) on top of the other pictures. Then put the opacity to about 30% so I could see where I needed to erase and erased the water where the photo's needed to be visible. After that I put the opacity back to 100%
