A year and a few days ago my neighborhood was flooded by Hurricane Harvey. We were lucky, but many neighbors were not. Worse, many are still rebuilding now.
This substation was flooded too. A few month after the flood trees were taken out and an addition was being built. It seems to be (almost) finished now. The right side is the old substation. The left is the new addition. It has more than doubled in size. Not sure why, because there is no space for additional houses/offices close by. In B&W for the August words
Great B&W. In all of our newspapers and magazines and television, they are talking about how many homes are still sitting with no work done on them, since Harvey. Just the worst storm ever.
Perfect in black and ehite. We have had lots of coverage in our news about the on-going recovery efforts in Houston. It is a slow process because there was so much destruction.
