The Veterans Day celebration at my daughter's middle school is one of the biggest and best know in Houston. TV is always present as were around 100 veterans and the 800 kids. The advanced band, and orchestra played and the advanced choir sang. Although both band and orchestra played beautifully, it was hard to see them.
Most attending veterans were seniors, but I loved to see that there was also a mom, a few dads and an uncle of different students.
