The title is what my husband though was very passing. This picture was taken a little earlier than yesterday's.
At first the oil drops were really tiny and then I realized that my water was a little warmer than room temperature (it is warming up here, the cold water from the tap is not really cold anymore) so I added a few ice cubes. That helped. But the circles were not perfect yet. They needed a few minutes to settle.
