@louannwarren It is "dryland" training. Every work day something different 45 minutes on Zoom: Cardio, Total Body, Flexibility, Lower Body, Abs and Core.
The coach has also emailed an Open Water work-out. In August, September and October the kids swam in the sea in the morning, but at the moment they have not adjusted the school roster yet. School starts at 7.10am and the sun rises at 5.50am, so that doesn't give them enough time to swim in the sea and have a shower before school. We hope that they will change the roster and school will start later.
