Pier

What used to be a private beach has now been opened up, so with the dogs we walked up to the pier we always saw in the distance.
The concrete things are enormous. In my extras album is a picture of Norbert and the dogs for perspective.

Wow so interesting, does the concrete work as a breakwater?

@onewing I believe so, but looking at the map gives more questions than answers... Close by is a Power & Desalination Company and it looks like it helps for their seawater intake.... A fishing pier is straight behind it.

Beautiful image. Gozo harbour has a pier built with concrete blocks like these.
