Went to the most amazing place yesterday- Bangour Village Hospital. It's an abandoned hospital village - all boarded up , it even has a church and a shop. You can't get into or even see into the buildings but I held my phone up to a window in one building. Disaster though. Having a coffee with my son I picked up my bag not realising the strap of my Nikon was tangled in it and my camera dropped on the floor. It will not work now and this happened before we went to this place. I nearly cried. Hopefully it is fixable
Great image. I feel your pain on dropping your camera. Did that a few years ago. Both lens and body were damaged. Repaired the lens, upgraded to a better body. None of it cheap.
This is gorgeous. A fav. I also feel a stab of pain for the camera dropping. I have felt it firsthand in the past... three times to be precise. It's awful. Hope it's repairable too.
Oh wow- this is amazing. Wonderful. My camera shutter jammed yesterday, not working, also needs fixing. It happened just at the beginning of golden hour when we were out on the ocean. I know how you feel.
Great shot spunds an interesting place, but what a disaster for you! Do hope you can get it fixed. I tripped up recently trying to get the best viewpoint & dented my camera I was well upset as it was a got well gift from Andy! Still works though, so good luck getting yours fixed.
Wonderfully, mysterious shot. Love that misty look and the light. So sorry about the camera drop. I am sure it feels like you lost a friend. Hope it can be be repaired and will be back to you soon.
And a big BOO! For the camera drop, hope its fixable
dude I did this once this year and still lose sleep at night (Ricoh R1 smashed beyond repair) I hope yours has a happier ending.
Lets pray for your camera !
