Played around with this one - maybe a tad too much ? Part of me likes it and another part doesn't so interested to see what you think. Maybe the rh side is too pixelly or the tilt shift has left too much in focus under the tree. The colours are way off too but it really was a dull day. I will not be offended with criticism so go ahead!
@Cheesebiscuit Haha - not at all, that's why I put it up as I couldn't make up my mind. Don't apologise - I asked :) seriously I would only ask for critique when I do really want it. Considering about including this in my college work and this will help swing it :)
@ingrid2101 The thing is, the whole photo looks artificial because of the tilt shift. So... are the colours then "wrong"? I don't know. It's just my opinion, but I'm biased towards photos that are more natural looking anyway, so am probably not a good indicator.
I find it pleasing Ingrid. I am guessing the processing adds a reddy pink hue to the whole shot? I guess it depends how you could include in your college work, ie does it fit a brief or topic? Overall, it does have an enchanted look.
Enchanted or post-Apocalyptic... :D I love what the tilt-shift does here, the colours, well, I'm all for fairylands and unicorns and dragons and such - I think they live there. :) Perhaps not the cutest kind, but the black unicorns, the grumpy dragons and mischievous pixies. ;)
I like this. It almost looks like it was cross processed. Is that true? Here's a link to some of my cross processed negatives. It reminded me of this stuff.
Looks rather unearthly - actually what it makes me think of is foliage on model train sets for some reason - think it's the texture of the leaves. I really like it though!
This almost looks like you've tilt-shifted it. It has a kind of miniature feel to it, in an unusual way... and because it's so different to normal tilt-shift shots which are usually buildings or cars or people. But I do still like it, Ingrid. I love all the different effects you manage to create and textures and styles. Your work intrigues me totally!
@pfassett Thanks Paul - this just had the white balance slightly shifted - I have cross processed some film before - see 12th and 13th March, however I didn't get the same results as you ! Must do some more actually :)
My first foray into developing color, and for some reason it had to be x-pro :) lol

I think you might be right about the right looking a bit blocky.
