I was out a drive a few weeks ago and to my delight it started snowing. I stopped to take photos as it was getting really white with a lovely light - it was only as I had taken some photos that I realised I was on a quiet single track road with a really rubbish car . thankfully I managed to get home. I developed the film just recently and scanned them tonight . I have a digital camera and a thick book on how to switch it on sitting in front of me... shit. I bought an XE1 with 2 lenses refurbished from Fuji. Nice looking camera but I haven't got a clue. I've realised all my experience is film..
This superb - love it. As for the new DSLR...I usually point mine in the general direction of the subject, hold my breath, close my eyes and hope for the best so good luck!!! I look forward to seeing the results.
Ahh I see an XE1. Great camera. My X Po 1 is currently with Fuji to see if they can repair the seawater damage from Brighton!! You wil ltake to the Fuji like a duck to water.
Looks rather otherworldly!
Best bet if it's really alien to you is to find a intro/beginners guide on YouTube. The Fujis can be a bit quirky but they're worth the effort. :)
