Christmas Day

This is how a lot done of Orcadian men spend Christmas, in a pack playing the Ba / a form of street football. I had the good fortune to climb up a set of steps and happened to be above the scrum when it came towards the doonie goal ( the harbour ) - I took film shots too so am keen to get them developed ... will find some links if anyone wants more info on the ba . @kali66 - definitely is, sometimes gets quite rough
@northy - ha! I saw it briefly - popped out of the pack - It's pretty heavy - there are a few ba makers - a skill passed down through the family
