Bonus birds at the Bluecoat

This is Bluecoat Chambers, the oldest building in Liverpool city centre.

Thanks to 365 Project I had my camera with me today and spotted a Liver bird crest above the main entrance as I was making my way into the building (it's a short cut back to the car park). A man who was passing by pointed out 2 more Liver birds above the other doorways in the courtyard and another one on the ironwork above the entrance gate (not on here).

So I added 4 more to the collection of Liver Birds and got some photos of one of the most lovely buildings in the city centre, an oasis of calm amongst all the hustle and bustle of city life (as well as being a great short cut!)
Wonderfully focused and symmetrical shot. Looks like a lovely building!

@kwind thank you so much, the light was poor this afternoon so I was quite pleased with the result.
