Almost still waters

I wanted to have a practise with the tripod and low light settings so went to the Albert Dock tonight where I was hoping for perfect conditions. It didn't quite happen but I still liked the reflections in the water. I love the Albert Dock at night, I think the lighting on the buildings is really well done.

It was a good time to go, Liverpool Football Club were playing their European League semi final match at Anfield tonight, so it was really quiet in the city centre. Everyone was either at the stadium cheering the team on or watching it on television. We listened to the commentary on the radio and got home just in time to see them celebrating their win! Can't wait for the final in 2 weeks.
