Went for a walk around Ullswater today, it was one of those days when the rain was almost horizontal at times but I really can't think of a better place to be. Pretty quiet except for the crowd of swimmers taking a dip at the other end of the lake. Rather them than me!
The orange rucksack rain cover features on a lot of photos I take when we're out walking. My lovely husband is almost always ahead of me, he's usually the first to reach the viewpoint.
Spent the rest of the day eating, drinking and being merry, hope everyone else has enjoyed their Christmas too.
