We've been staying at Portmeirion in North Wales for a few days, a village designed in Italian style by Sir Clough Williams Ellis between 1925 and 1975.
We'd been here a few times but never to stay, there's so much to see and it looks very different at night so I wanted to get a shot of it, avoiding the buildings that are covered in scaffolding as they get repainted.
It was nice and quiet while I was out doing this, all the day trippers had gone home and most of the staying visitors were already in the restaurant, it wasn't too long until we joined them.
