Walked along the coast today to see the arctic tern colony that we found last time we were here.
Funnily enough, when I looked it up on 365 it was the same date 2 years ago. Last time we photographed chicks, but this year there's no sign yet, maybe it's the effect of the cold spring.
Anyway, there was plenty of activity with the terns fighting amongst themselves and dive-bombing anyone who got too close so it kept us entertained for an hour or so.
