The human touch

I saw this well dressed high-vis woman stop to talk to the high-vis homeless guy, giving the dog a stroke while they chatted. She stayed for a while, didn't give him any money but I don't think that mattered to him.

"Tell me, in a world without pity
Do you think what I'm askin's too much
I just want something to hold on to
And a little of that human touch"

Bruce Springsteen

Taken on my phone for this week's human theme.
This is an amazing capture. I love the heartfelt sentiment and kindness shown.

Kind and thoughtful lady! I should do that too - but we don't see many like this!

Lovely candid shot - feel dreadfully sorry for them, especially in this weather

Certainly an image that shows both sides of the coin..

Fabulous image, it tells a heartfelt story. I took a homeless person into the café he was sitting outside once and paid for a meal for him. Not a good idea to give them money because it could be spent on booze or drugs. He had asked me if I had $5 for a coffee.

Looks like the dog could be an assisted blind dog
