We live very close to an Elementary school, and I took my son to play on the playground this evening. We were the only people that were there. We live very close to the school & during the year, the playground is full of children running around, yelling, screaming, & having fun. To see it so still was strange. Less that a week, though, & the school year begins, & once again the playground will be filled with lots of loud, happy children. My son included... He starts kindergarten this year. :(
