I had fun watching these little guys and learning their habits. So far, I have been unable to attract them to my yard, ever. I see them often in the mountainous areas (which is where we saw this one) but they are hard to catch in motion when buzzing about the flowers. This one was hovering near a feeder, waiting his turn. I believe it is a male Calliope.
