Excuse the dirty windshield. The mountains are sitting right below those clouds. It was an incredibly dreamlike scene. I took a picture, through the window, with my phone as my husband was driving. I normally hate doing that because of the tint and, because of where we live, there is always something splattered on the window. But I didn't want to miss it. I was hoping to pull off of the highway to get a better shot but, just as soon add they were there, they were gone. It was beautiful.
Unbelievable... I hate taking pics from my car too, but this is a great opportunity you can't miss. I realized that it helps very very much if you lay your camera (phone) flat or very close, on the window- it will not focus the window imperfections....
