Just a quick shot using the Sony 6300. I hadn't used it since coming back from Holland in October, found the battery flat, and the spare only 25%.
I still have an old Pentax slr with a couple of outdated/damaged lenses and tend to take that, if we are leaving the car - security, that kit isn't worth much! :)
I can see there are advantages in only having a compact. It goes everywhere I go - so no worries about leaving expensive equipment anywhere. Your tulips are splendid.
Beautiful shot. They make a beautiful spectacle in the garden while they last. I got some vintage lenses from my brother-in-law, got an adapter from the U.S. ( with my son's help) and they fit nicely on my Nikon. I am trying them out and they look good.
