The great Texas songwriter Guy Clark died today, I was lucky enough to hear him play live a long time ago. He was a real craftsman when it came to writing a lyric , he also built his own acoustic guitars..Following the death of his wife Susanna in 2013 he wrote a touching song called "My favorite picture of you" . Unwell himself at the time his voice is full of the pain of having lost his soulmate, One of the good guys. Shine on you crazy diamond.....
